Ahahaha, I just re-watched Dogma the other day. It's still one of my favorite movies. But right at the beginning, at the scene where Bartleby and Loki are in the airport, I remembered that it was filmed right here in Pittsburgh, and I hadn't bothered to go looking for some of the scenes while I was here.

Since I'm still job hunting with no job, and I've got nothing else to do, I figured I might try and find at least Cardinal Glick's church. I know where the airport scene was filmed, and when I fly during thanksgiving (if I can do it without being arrested for taking pictures suspiciously), I'll try to get some in that particular terminal.

It's much more interesting to me than hearing about Katherine Heigl or Taylor Lautner, since they're in town filming movies right now.

Twenty three, huh? So...two more years until I get a cheaper car insurance rate?

Just a collection of the shit that went down in my city, and a lot of it, a few blocks from my building. The G20 was in town Thursday and yesterday, and with it comes protesters of all sorts. I saw Free Tibet people, Falun Gong, Anarchists, Environmentalists, hippies, students, people without jobs, and just...a lot of signs around and riot police everywhere. Seriously. Shields, helmets, and weapons out the wazoo. LRADs, or sound control devices were used, and I actually saw the big black party vans they had them attached to. It was, I have to admit, a little scary. None of these are my videos, just because my cameras suck when it comes to night recording. If you have issue with watching anything filmed by the protesters, then I would advise you don't look at these. But it's a nice picture of stupidity and overreaction on the part of both the police and the protesters.
